Ms. Grober is a vice president of investment management for KBS and serves as market leader responsible for executing investment objectives across a portfolio of office assets spanning Northern Virginia, suburban Maryland, suburban Philadelphia and KBS’ largest asset in Chicago – Accenture Tower. She oversees the execution of strategic business plans for assets within her portfolio, with a focus on operating performance, leasing execution, capital planning and long-term value creation.

During her tenure at KBS, Ms. Grober has held roles of increasing responsibility within the investment management team. Her experience includes asset management oversight, financial and market analysis, business plan execution, leasing and valuation analysis, and support of acquisition and disposition activities across office, industrial and multifamily assets in multiple U.S. markets.

Prior to rejoining KBS, Ms. Grober served as an asset manager at Douglas Development Corporation, where she oversaw a multifamily and office portfolio in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Her responsibilities included directing lease-up strategies for newly delivered multifamily assets, evaluating market conditions and financial performance, preparing operating and capital budgets, and coordinating real estate tax reviews and appeals.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Grober worked with Centennial Group International/Emerging Markets Forum, where she served as senior project assistant and deputy forum manager. In this role, she supported research initiatives and global forums involving senior business leaders, policymakers and academics.

Ms. Grober earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science, cum laude, from The George Washington University.
