Steps to succEed
Each step is focused on improving the environment, our properties and our employees’ well-being.
Using a dedicated ESG data management platform in conjunction with our property management teams across the United States, we track and benchmark each property’s waste usage.
With our employees, our goal is to increase employee participation on our wellness app by 5% within three years. We will accomplish this by taking a holistic approach and offer programs that support employee medical, financial and mental health.
