At KBS, we recognize the potential risk climate change may have on the properties we manage and the communities in which we operate. Therefore, we are prioritizing adapting our properties to potential changes in the environment through concise energy, water and waste management programs.

5% Emissions Reduction, 20% Increase in Waste Data Coverage in Five Years and Expanded Wellness Program
Steps to succEed
Each step is focused on improving the environment, our properties and our employees’ well-being.
Using a dedicated ESG data management platform in conjunction with our property management teams across the United States, we track and benchmark each property’s waste usage.
With our employees, our goal is to increase employee participation on our wellness app by 5% within three years. We will accomplish this by taking a holistic approach and offer programs that support employee medical, financial and mental health.
