(July 31, 2017) – KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California announced today the signing of a 16,867-square-foot lease with Troutman Sanders, LLP, an international law firm at Midtown Plaza in Raleigh, North Carolina. Midtown Plaza, a 12-story office tower with 329,214 square feet of rentable space, was completed in March of this year and is approximately 94 percent leased.
