KBS Signs Over 16,800 Square Feet in Leases at Midtown Plaza

RALEIGH, N.C. (July 31, 2017) – KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California announced today the signing of a 16,867-square-foot lease with Troutman Sanders, LLP, an international law firm at Midtown Plaza in Raleigh, North Carolina. Midtown Plaza, a 12-story office tower with 329,214 square feet of rentable space, was completed in March of this year and is approximately 94 percent leased.

The property is located in close proximity to the Raleigh
Beltline providing tenants with convenient, easy access to the freeway.
Amenities at Midtown Plaza include on-site property management, a cafe on the
first floor, convenient parking, and an adjacent outdoor fitness area. The
surrounding area also provides a great live, work, play environment with nearby
access to lodging at Hyatt House and AC Hotel, restaurants including The
Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar and The Capital Grille, as well as Regal Cinemas and
an entertainment complex with 14 bowling lanes. The property is centrally
located and within a 15-minute drive to Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

president and asset manager for the property. “Not only are we confident that
our amenity base is attractive to existing and potential tenants, we feel

experience in the fast-growing city of Raleigh.”
