Mr. Zamudio serves as executive vice president of human resources for KBS. Mr. Zamudio is responsible for overseeing the efficiency of human capital. His main responsibilities are providing leadership to both the Human Resources and Facilities department, while reporting and supporting the President and Chairman. Mr. Zamudio is a member of the Executive Committee which is responsible for advising on the general operations and strategic planning for the company.

Prior to KBS, Mr. Zamudio served in human resource management roles in the hospitality, transportation, financial, and technology industries. Overseeing a variety of areas, including collective bargaining agreements, multi-national and global initiatives, merger and acquisitions assessments, creating self-funded employee plans and employee compensation metrics and analysis.

Mr. Zamudio is a Chapman University Alumni, where he received his BA in Organization Leadership and a MA in Organization Leadership and MS in Human Resource Management. He is also a Marine Corps Veteran and serves on the Board of Directors for Orange County Community Foundation – Veteran’s Initiative.
