The portfolio consists of four concrete tilt-wall warehouse buildings developed between 1998 and 2007.
The ceiling clear heights range from 24 to 30 feet. All buildings have 50-foot concrete aprons and truck courts that range from 110 to 140 feet. Several tenants at Crossroads sell and distribute products that are imported into the United States. Most of the products are shipped to the U.S. via container ships.
