ATLANTA, Georgia, December 6, 2024 – Full-service commercial real estate firm Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has been selected by KBS, one of the largest owners and operators of premier commercial real estate buildings in the nation, to help provide property management services for 201 17th Street, a Class A office tower in the heart of Atlanta’s Midtown submarket. 207 17th Street is owned by KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III, Inc.
Totaling 355,870 square feet and 18 stories, 201 17th Street is LEED Gold certified and features a 15,000-square-foot penthouse floor with an expansive outdoor deck that has a built-in grill, bar and skyline views. The building also has a café and a state-of-the-art conference center on-site. As part of the larger Atlantic Station mixed-use project, 201 17th Street provides tenants with walkable access to nearby amenities that include LA Fitness, a Regal movie theater, 20 restaurants, 50 retailers and a Publix grocery store.
