KBS continues to operate our high-quality portfolio of strategically located office buildings with challenging events facing the U.S. market. We are very fortunate to have a portfolio of premier buildings in several stabilized office markets.
As asset manages and fiduciaries like KBS become more focused on ways to become transparent, sustainable and mitigate risk on behalf of their tenants, partners, and shareholders, having a framework that is mindful of Environmental, Social and Governance factors is key for future growth.
Since KBS was formed 30 years ago, we have known that challenges in the marketplace provide opportunities for our investment activities and strategies. The headlines in recent news earlier this month, “U.S. Economy Contracts for Second Straight Quarter,” announces we have a recession.
Did you know that some of our properties have their
own beehives? With sustainability being one of our
asset management team's key initiatives, KBS has added
beehives to five properties as a unique way to preserve
Providing tenants with critical
awareness and education.
