INTERA Incorporated, a geosciences and engineering consulting firm specializing in environmental, water resources, coastal engineering, radioactive waste management and GIS, signed a new 17,976-square-foot lease. Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspaces, renewed their lease for 21,265 square feet.
