(Dec. 16, 2025 – WASHINGTON, D.C.) – KBS and Transwestern have partnered for the 10th consecutive year to support Wreaths Across America, a nonprofit organization that honors fallen United States soldiers through wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and more than 4,600 participating locations nationwide, at sea and abroad.

“Each year, Wreaths Across America reminds us of the profound debt we owe to those who have served,” said Greg Munson, President of Transwestern Real Estate Services. “We’re proud to stand alongside KBS in this meaningful tradition that allows our tenants, teams and communities to come together in gratitude and reflection.”

Throughout November, KBS and Transwestern led a fundraising campaign across nine KBS-owned properties managed by Transwestern, collecting donations from tenants, employees and community members. Each $17 donation sponsored one wreath, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Wreaths Across America. This year’s giving campaign funded 2,679 wreaths.

“KBS is proud to join Transwestern once again to partner with Wreaths Across America in support of its vital mission,” said Marc DeLuca, CEO and regional president, Eastern United States, at KBS. “For the past decade, our tenants and employees have come together to honor our nation’s fallen heroes, support those who serve today, and help instill in future generations a deeper appreciation for the freedoms we enjoy. Their generosity reflects the strong sense of purpose and civic responsibility that drives our company and the people who work at our properties.”

On Saturday, December 13, volunteers from Transwestern and KBS joined thousands of participants nationwide for National Wreaths Across America Day, placing live balsam wreaths on veterans’ headstones as a symbol of respect, gratitude and remembrance.
