Ms. Ascher serves as Vice President, Investment Management and Portfolio Operations. Ms. Ascher is responsible for maximizing the performance of each asset, identifying operational efficiencies that drive long-term value. She works across departments and with third-party property managers, implementing asset management strategies that align with KBS’ long-term growth goals and ensuring seamless integration across departments. Stephanie serves as a primary point of contact for, a Singapore-based, publicly traded REIT which KBS serves as the US-based asset manager.

Ms. Ascher has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. Outside of KBS, Stephanie is heavily involved with the National Association for Industrial and Office Park (NAIOP), which serves to elevate the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research and fostering business connections. She recently graduated from NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group (YPG) leadership program. In 2023, she was on the sponsorship committee, in 2024, she served as the chair and this year she is co-chairing the committee’s case competition for the CapRock Cup, which her team won in 2022.
