Ms. Kaufman serves as Vice President of Financing. Ms. Kaufman is responsible for working closely with counsel, asset management, insurance, and accounting teams to negotiate loan documents and hedging agreements to ensure compliance with covenants and obligations. She is also responsible for managing our portfolio of loans and the dissemination of information pertaining to our financings and derivative transactions.

Ms. Kaufman has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. In 2022, Ms. Kaufman was the recipient of a Bisnow award for outstanding excellence and influence in Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate. Throughout her career, she has excelled in diverse roles within commercial real estate finance including document analysis, lender package preparation, due diligence coordination, and the closing of complex loan and hedge transactions.

Ms. Kaufman graduated from Long Beach State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
