Mr. Jenkins is responsible for providing all capital project implementation for all new acquisitions and existing assets, in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Ohio. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of building repositioning, development and large scale tenant build-outs.
Mr. Jenkins brings over 30 years of experience in developing and managing institutional, commercial, and government construction and capital projects. Over his career, Mr. Jenkins has implemented over 700 million dollars of capital improvement projects. Prior to joining KBS, Mr. Jenkins worked for Cassidy Turley/DTZ, Clarion Partners and ING Clarion as Vice President of Construction & Engineering, providing construction and development management oversight and implementation for assets in the eastern region of the United States.
Mr. Jenkins is a Graduate of National Association of Power Engineers Technical School in Washington DC, majoring in HVAC & Electrical certification, in addition he holds a First Class Steam Engineer and Master HVAC and Electrical designation.
