Stephanie Ascher serves as vice president of asset management and portfolio operations at KBS, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of premier commercial real estate. With $45.5 billion in completed transactions and more than $5.5 billion in assets under management, Ascher helps to optimize asset performance, uncover operational efficiencies, and drive long-term value. Ascher’s career at KBS began 16 years ago as a receptionist in the Newport Beach office. Her rapid rise through the ranks—including investment analyst, senior associate, assistant vice president, and now vice president of asset management and portfolio operations—is a testament to her talent, tenacity, and leadership. A respected leader within the firm, Ascher is known for building strong cross-functional partnerships and strengthening collaboration across asset management, property management, leasing, capital markets, and due diligence teams.
