Founded in 1992 by Peter Bren and Chuck Schreiber, KBS is a premier real estate asset manager that acquires office, multifamily, industrial, and retail real estate properties in some of the most dynamic markets in the country. Identifying commercial real estate in growing markets where there are unique opportunities for sustainable growth.

As a private equity real estate company and an SEC-registered investment advisor, KBS and its affiliated companies have completed transactional activity exceeding $45.5 billion.
