Property Overview

The McEwen Building is a Class A 175,262-square-foot mixed-use building constructed in 2009. The McEwen Building is situated on 10.9 acres and conveniently located in the Cool Springs submarket of Nashville, Tennessee, which in recent years has become the premiere destination for many corporate and regional headquarters.  The building’s design provides an abundance of glass for executive offices and conference rooms to enjoy the spectacular views from the building’s location on top of the hill.  Each floor can accommodate either single or multi-tenant occupancy.  The size of the floor plates offer tenants a variety of planning options to best suite their particular office needs, which can result in more space for their money.  The tenant mix is comprised of several national and multi-national companies.  Tenants include regional corporate offices for a national healthcare company and national pet food company, as well as, two health/fitness tenants and local restaurant.  The building is well designed and functional, with good site utilization, quality workmanship and materials. The McEwen Building is comprised of seven floors with six floors of office space and the ground floor dedicated to retail.  The building boasts two grand lobbies.
