3001 Washington Boulevard is an 8‐story, 94,837-square-foot office building located in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Included in the square footage of this building is 10,816 square feet of street level retail space. The LEED Gold certified Class A building is physically connected to 3003 Washington Boulevard, which was purchased by KBS REIT III in December 2014. The buildings share the parking garage, courtyard, fitness center and some exterior portions.

The façade is sculpted‐brick and reflects a modern streamlined aesthetic. There is a rooftop terrace and two private exterior balconies on the 5th and 8th floors. Current amenities in the complex include two restaurants, a yoga studio, barre studio, coffee shop and hair salon.
