Mr. Aldridge is a senior vice president of acquisitions, dispositions and co-director of investment management for KBS. He is responsible for the performance of KBS assets located in the Southeast United States, including North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida. Based in Atlanta with offices in Arlington, Virginia, Mr. Aldridge oversees a portfolio size of approximately 4.1 million square feet of office, industrial, and multifamily assets valued at more than $1.3 Billion. Mr. Aldridge joined KBS in 2008 and has over 30 years of commercial and residential real estate experience.
Prior to KBS, Mr. Aldridge spent 16 years with Chicago-based CMD Realty Investors where he was a partner and manager of a $500 million commercial real estate fund consisting of 5 million square feet of office product in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Arizona. He directed the disposition of 22 buildings totaling $365 million in 2007 as part of an overall liquidation of the $1 billion CMD portfolio.
Mr. Aldridge graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is involved in several industry organizations, including NAIOP and REGA.
