Marquis Software, a data analytics software and service provider, renewed its lease for 19,754 square feet, and Uniti Fiber, a leading provider of infrastructure solutions, signed a new lease for 4,518 square feet.

Tollway North Office Park is a seven-building, Class-A office park on nearly 27 acres of land at 5200 Tennyson Parkway. The single-story office buildings range in size from 29,000 to 64,000 square feet, offering a total of 297,591 square feet of rentable space.
