KBS Signs Over 14,000 Square Feet in Leases at Tollway North Office Park in Plano, Texas

  • April 16, 2018
PLANO, Texas (April 16, 2018) – KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California announced the signing of two leases totaling 14,113 square feet at Tollway North Office Park. Smile Brands Inc., a support services firm that helps dental practices run their businesses, renewed its lease of 12,101 square feet, while CP&Y, a full-service architectural and engineering consulting firm, signed a new lease for 2,012 square feet.

The Tollway North Office Park property consists of seven,
Class A, single-story office buildings ranging in size from 29,023 square feet
to 64,137 square feet. The buildings have painted textured concrete panels,
aluminum-framed storefronts, recessed windows and detailed reveals. The entire
property is comprised of 297,591 rentable square feet and covers approximately
27 acres. The property has ample parking space for tenants with 1,400 spaces.

The area around Tollway North Office Park provides various
residential options, large retail stores and entertainment. The property also
offers tenants easy access to public transportation with various bus stations
along Dallas North Tollway.

manager for the property. “We are thrilled to welcome CP&Y while maintaining
our relationship with Smile Brands of Texas.”

while Brandon Terrell and Tim Terrell of Stream represented CP&Y and Justin
Miller of Transwestern represented KBS in the transactions.
