Class A, single-story office buildings ranging in size from 29,023 square feet
to 64,137 square feet. The buildings have painted textured concrete panels,
aluminum-framed storefronts, recessed windows and detailed reveals. The entire
property is comprised of 297,591 rentable square feet and covers approximately
27 acres. The property has ample parking space for tenants with 1,400 spaces.
The area around Tollway North Office Park provides various
residential options, large retail stores and entertainment. The property also
offers tenants easy access to public transportation with various bus stations
along Dallas North Tollway.
