Clint joined KBS in 2013 as an investment analyst in the
asset management department. After a year as an investment analyst he became an
investment associate, and most recently, served as a vice president and asset
manager for KBS. Prior to joining KBS, Clint worked for Wereldhave and was responsible
for the performance of assets in downtown San Diego.
As an asset manager for KBS, Clint has been overseeing a
portfolio size of approximately 1 million square feet of office space. He very
successfully acquired three of the best investment opportunities in Portland
while stabilizing a number of his buildings.
In his new role as Senior Vice President, Clint will
continue to work alongside Senior Vice President, Brent Carroll, and support
asset management and acquisitions in the Bay area.
