Financial Center at the Gardens wins a TOBY

  • March 9, 2018
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida, (March 9, 2018) – KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California, is proud to announce that Financial Center at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens won The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the 100,000 to 249,999-square-foot category at the BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches TOBY Awards.

The Outstanding Building of the Year Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. The competition evaluates all facets of a building’s operations. Judging categories include: community involvement, tenant relations, site management, environmental and “green” policies and procedures.

The 10-story, 188,950-square-foot building was recently renovated and features a soaring atrium, updated main lobby as well as a lounge equipped with a wine bar and putting green. Key tenants include Morgan Stanley, UBS, Bankrate and JP Morgan Chase.

“We believe that Financial Center at the Gardens is among the premier office buildings in the North Palm Beach submarket,” said Allen Aldridge, senior vice president at KBS and asset manager for the property. “The transformation of the property has been amazing, and we thank the entire Cushman & Wakefield team for their commitment to helping us upgrade the property into the premier office property in the area.”

Cushman & Wakefield manages the property for KBS Capital Advisors, LLC.
