In his new role, Dan will serve as the market leader responsible for carrying out investment objectives in the Central and Midwest regions. To reach these objectives and strategic business plans, he will be responsible for focusing on cash flow yields, occupancy and leasing for each owned property. Additionally, he will be responsible for identifying new acquisitions and dispositions for his portfolio, which currently consists of six assets and approximately 3.2 million square feet.

Dan first joined KBS in 2004 as an investment analyst and then went on to work with the Irvine Company as a senior associate. Dan then moved to Greenlaw Partners as a director of acquisitions and asset manager before returning to KBS. He received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern California.
