The return-to-office movement appears to support the notion that in post-pandemic America, office workers are migrating back to their downtown and suburban places of work. According to Kastle Systems, in mid-February office occupancy topped 65% in Austin and 60% in Houston, Texas, yet not every metro area is faring as well.
