Legacy Town Center

Located in the heart of Legacy is a master-planned community that is home to corporate and regional headquarters of numerous Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.

Legacy Town Center has been institutionally owned and maintained since its completion between 2001 and 2006. In 2021, KBS infused new capital into each building, with modern, new lobbies, common areas and amenities including a fitness center, tenant lounges, and conference centers.
